Early in 2021, I signed up to run my first ultra-marathon - a 2-day epic along the South Downs, from Arundel to Winchester, the Race to the King. I was looking to raise money for SSAFA, the Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association.

Unfortunately, following a rear-end shunt, about 2 weeks before the race start, I was unable to take part. Due to the dates, I can't attend this years iteration of RttK, but I will be taking part in it's even more savage big brother, the Race to the Tower.
