Thanks to Great Oaks I was able to nurse Dave at home until he passed away peacefully on Sunday 12th March 2017

Their support, kindness and understanding were second to none, and they made what was a very traumatic and distressing time easier to bear.

I am asking for donations rather than floral tributes so I can give a little back following the huge amount they gave to both myself and Dave.
