London to Paris · 2 June 2010

We are Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity. We stop at nothing to help give seriously ill children childhoods that are fuller, funner and longer. Because we believe no childhood should be lost to illness.

Story

Thank you for visiting my Just Giving page.

Since the diagnosis of my daughter Amelia, with Leukaemia in late 2008, we have been undertaking a number of fundraising events and challenges to give something back to the organisations that are making Amelia better. There are two organisations in particular and The Ellenor Lions Hospice.

To raise money, I will be cycling from to in June of this year, covering some 340km over 4 days. This is a real personal challenge, as I have never been a keen cyclist and didn’t even own a bike when I signed up to participate! The training has been hard but it will be worthwhile when I finish under the on the 4th day.

The money raised will be split between these two organisations evenly and if you would like more information then please visit Amelia’s website www.ameliabaulch.net

Thank you for your support.
