On the 5th July I'll be taking part in the Virtual London 10k, to raise as much money as possible for SpecialEffect.

SpecialEffect is an amazing charity that aims to level the playing field for all gamers. They put the fun and inclusion back into the lives of people with physical disabilities to help them to play video games.

As an Animator who's been working in the games industry for seven years this is a cause that really inspires me.

By using technology ranging from modified joypads to eye-control, they're finding a way for people to play to the very best of their abilities. But they're not just doing it for fun. By levelling the playing field, they're bringing families and friends together and having a profoundly positive impact on confidence and rehabilitation.

Any money that can be raised is hugely appreciated.
