I am joining together with colleagues from Weybridge, Bergen and Rio to take part in "Trailwalker 2013" - the UK's number one team challenge - an epic 100km overnight trek across the South Downs Mational Park.

Trailwalker Facts:

- 550 teams take part

- Equivalent distance of 2.5 maratons, non-stop

- Total elevation along the route is equivalent to climbing Ben Nevis and Snowdon.
