We support people across Scotland to have better mental health and wellbeing.

Story

After meeting at Bravehearts Boxing Gym in Hamilton, the 2 David's formed a strong bond, the foundations of this friendship was a mutual love of running. During many of these runs both realized how much the miles, the chatting and overall fitness had improved our mental health.

Now we would like to try help others in a similar situation and we have decided to take on the challenge of running 100 miles in under 24hours.

So on Friday 31st of March 2023 we will set off from our spiritual home of Bravehearts Boxing Gym at midday heading out of South Lanarkshire, through the streets of Glasgow toward Dumbartonshire and on to the halfway point at Tarbet Loch Lomond where we will turn and loup back the same route arriving back at Bravehearts some time (hopefully) before the 24 hour cut off point of midday on Saturday the 1st of April 2023.
