I have the honour, among friends of Captain David Seath, to be running the 2017 London Marathon in his memory.  In doing so I ask for your support in raising money for the charity he was representing when tragically taken from us during the 2016 London Marathon.

Dave was my best man, little spoon, 'Scotch Egg' and he's always on my mind, particularly when I'm running - something he was far better at than me.

Help for Heroes is a well known charity that continues to support our wounded, injured and sick serviceman and veterans return to meaningful life after tragedy strikes. I have seen first hand the outstanding work that they do; they quite literally turn lives around.
