Sometimes you are lucky enough in life to meet someone who inspires, motivates and drives you to do good in life. That for me was Steve Haw. He had tragically lost his son Chris at 25 to a sudden Cardiac arrest. Through this tragedy, Steve has created Vital Signs Foundation to deliver free heart screenings to young people across the Northwest.

12 young people aged 15-35 collapse and die every week in the UK due to an undiagnosed heart condition and Steve feels very passionately about reducing this alarming statistic in memory of his son.

All money raised will go towards the next mobile unit visiting in the Northwest area where maybe your teenagers or young adults can have this amazing 5 minute pain free heart check. I am sharing this adventure with my 2 brothers Paul and Steve, nephew Elliot and 8 other likeminded friends. Please get involved and follow our progress on my facebook page Dave Marsters as we endeavour to cycle across  215 miles coast to coast in 3 days!
