We are doing it, myself and David will be taking part in the 2021 Great north “run”. But with a twist, I will be pushing my Good friend David Howard around the full half marathon course. 

As the majority of you reading this will be aware; Dave  has Muscular Dystrophy, a progressive muscle weakening disability which he was diagnosed with at the age of 14. 

Dave is the most inspiring person anyone could ever meet. He never lets his disability get him down and lives his life to the absolute fullest.

I will be training hard for this event which takes place on September 12th this year. So if you see me running around the Milford/Godalming area pushing an empty wheelchair, don’t laugh, give a wave and encourage 😂

MDUK work so hard to help and support those with muscle wasting conditions,  Dave and I would love for all of you to contribute and donate what you can to help.
