Story
My story has been an emotional rollercoaster. My son Coby was born in 2016 and at the age of four was diagnosed autistic. This is a journey that is incredibly hard emotionally and physically for coby and those that support him. However we face many challenges as a family and now can’t imagine him any other way. ( we won’t mention the no sleep ).
In 2021 weighing 22 stone I decided that I need to to take more care of my self so I was around longer for coby. I stared running and joined a running club and just felt I had found my thing. I have gone from strength to strength competing in races and recently did the Leicester half marathon.
In 2023 I am running the london marathon and using my ballot place to raise money for the national autistic society. Since 1962 the national autistic society have been campaigning to transform lives, change attitudes and make a society that works for autistic people. This charity does fantastic work and is very close to my heart.
Please help support me even if it’s just £1.Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
