VION Halls Select are a charity fundraising football team who play for fun and to raise much needed funds for well deserving causes. English Premier League, or even SPL, standard we are definitely not, but one thing is guaranteed the guys give their all whilst playing and raise a good deal of funds through sponsorship.
On Saturday 8th October 2011 at 4pm we will be playing against the All Star Celebrity team - who have in their ranks stars of Coronation Street, Hollyoaks, Emmerdale and others. Nearer the time of the match we will print names of the stars who will be playing. Just confirmed that Ralf Little of Royle Family fame and a member of Robbie Williams select team has agreed to play for the All Stars.
We are playing to raise funds for Help for Heroes and also CHAS.
The match is to be played at the ground of Stenhousemuir FC, Ochilview Park, Gladstone Road, Stenhousemuir,FK5 4QL
Admission is as follows:
Adults £5
Children under 12/Concession 65 and over £1
Family Ticket (2 adults and 2 children) £10.
There will also be a souvenir match programme on the day at the cost of £2.
Tickets can be bought at selected premises, and full details will be posted as soon as they go on sale.
Also tickets can be purchased for £20 which is your admittance to the match and to the after match buffet where you can meet the stars and have the opportunity to have your photo taken at an additional cost.
There will be an opportunity to win a signed team sheet by the stars, with raffle tickets available to buy on the day.
