Story

Hello and thank you for visiting my fundraising page for REACT.

I'm running a half marathon in April to raise money for REACT, a charity started by 2 close friends of mine, supporting people just like you and me who are fleeing repression and poverty.

REACT's track record?

REACT has partnered with a local NGO to support women, children, disabled and older people arriving on the Greek island of Lesvos after risking their lives crossing the Mediterranean from Turkey

REACT has supplied Arabic language books to refugee camps in Athens

REACT has supported the education of Darfuri refugees in UN camps in Chad

REACT has supported asylum seekers in the UK to get back on their feet

Why donate to REACT?

REACT has zero overheads in the UK

REACT responds dynamically to current needs on the ground

REACT works with local partners to maximise impact

REACT specialises in education to build resilience and to aid reintegration should refugees return home

Thanks for your support
