It’s a privilege to work on the fundraising team at Ty Hafan and witness first hand the incredible work undertaken by our care team both at the Hospice and out in the community. Our supporters are the lifeblood of our organisation so it seems fitting to join them and take part in these two events to help raise much needed funds. It’s been a while since I’ve taken on a challenge and the hips are a bit rusty but I’ll give it my best shot.
