This year I will be climbing Snowdon with the PBC team, as part of their Three Peaks Challenge, to raise awareness of the condition.

My Mum received a liver transplant 20 years ago this December, due to PBC, an autoimmune condition that affects the liver. Just a few years after her transplant, mum was re diagnosed with PBC.

The PBC Foundation give fantastic support to those with PBC and their families and friends. The PBC Foundation are also celebrating 20 years of providing support, information and research.
