Help us raise £50,000 at this year's Cycle Challenge! This will help ensure that we can continue to provide our services free of charge to people with a terminal or life limiting illness, and their families, when they need us most.

Story

The Myton Hospices Cycle Challenge has been set up to help them raise the £50,000 needed to help keep their services free of charge to patients.

This event is not just a great challenge to be involved in but is very personal to Dan who’s grandad is the inspiration for our team name so any donations will be greatly appreciated.

Message from Dan:

Team John will be cycling 50k on the 4th August to raise money for Myton Hospices in memory of my dear Grandad, John Rose.

John fought a short battle with cancer and unfortunately passed away on October 26th 2012 aged 66. A very brave man who despite having such an awful illness, carried on doing the things he loved until the very end.

The name ‘Team John’ has been influenced through my Grandad’s will and determination to beat cancer, and I’m sure together, we can contribute to helping Myton Hospices continue their amazing work.
