Hi everyone,

First of all we just want to say thank you for supporting us through these up and coming months as we run the London Marathon for South Essex Mind! 

We’ve chosen to run specifically for south essex as 100% of funds will go directly to them, the best place to start making a difference is home and hopefully we can raise as much as we can!

As many of you know mental health and well being is something we’re extremely passionate about as a family, and together we want to do as much as possible to help people and more importantly help end the stigma around talking about mental health. 

We never in a million years thought we would run the London marathon let alone be lucky to run it together, there’s no one else we’d rather run it with, so here goes! 

A message from Dayle - 

Having been at complete rock bottom myself I know how important it is to reach out seek help in times of need. And the donations you make wil help the people who need it most. I know it's not always easy to talk about feelings but I'm hoping someone like me running the marathon can inspire those in need to reach.
