Those of you who have been friends with me since my 20s will know I lost my mum to breast cancer; in my 40s I was still losing friends. But now, more and more , my friends are fighting, and winning, their battles against this disease. We are taking part in the Pink Ribbon Walk to help Breast Cancer Now fund their world-class research and life-changing care for anyone affected by breast cancer. By 2030, its estimated that 1.2 million women will be living with the disease. Breast Cancer Now are uniting to make life-saving discoveries and are here to offer expert support to anyone, the whole way through their breast cancer experience.
