we are running 5 races so far,  hell runner down south 10 miles , the general with Leon and Gemma Wheeler 10km , the Southampton Half and then the race to the King which is 53 miles in one day over the South downs. Then having just done it, the hell runner down south in November 10 miles , Added to the 100,s of miles of training. we are also running a 1000 mile challenge which is going to be tough .
