In September this year I received some devastating news that a close friend of mine had terminal cancer, a week after this she was taken into the hospice, the staff were amazing and the care she received was fantastic, The nurses and care assistants where so supportive, Sylvia spent her last weeks at the hospice being cared for by some amazing, caring an attentive people. Sylvia always said " when I get home I'm going to make a donation to this place"  but she never got to do this so for this reason I would like to raise money for this special place. Sylvia was such an amazing lady and very special to me and my son's and I want to make her proud, I miss her so much every day so this is going to mean so much and be an emotional run.

My sister in law is also a nurse at the hospice so knows first hand what support patients need.

I LOVE AND MISS YOU SYLVIA AND WE WILL MAKE YOU PROUD.
