Now that lockdown is over and we know the leisure centres
are definitely staying open, I’ve signed up to do the ‘Swim the Channel’
challenge which I was going to do prior to lockdown.  Basically you swim the equivalent of the channel – in this case 1416 lengths – in the swimming pool.  The charity is Aspire, which as you may or may not know raises funds to support those with spinal cord injuries.

I’m not asking people to give a lot, I know its difficult times and also on the run up to Xmas, but if you could please just give a little it would be appreciated.

I have 12 weeks to complete the challenge, but I am hoping it will be  A LOT less than that.  I will start on Wednesday at 6.30am when the pool re-opens.
