Our beloved Neil was taken from us in August 2014. Unlike him - and his dad and brother- I've never entered a race , so I think running the Derby 10K  is a fitting way of paying tribute to him 18 months on.

 I'm being joined by a group of enthusiastic friends and we are all training hard. Neil would be amazed and  delighted by this , and would definitely be cheering us all on.
