Story

In the 1970s one of our founders David Morris asked, Why shouldnt a wheelchair be on top of a mountain?. Every year since then DSUK has used the unique power of snowsport to bring physical and mental health benefits to disabled people. At DSUK we are committed to enabling all disabled people to redefine their relationship with not just the snow, but with all aspects of their lives. Our expert adaptive instructors deliver over 3000 ski or snowboarding lessons a year across 4 main schools in indoor and outdoor slopes across the UK. We believe that all people have the right to access the unique physical, mental and social benefits of snow sport, regardless of disability, injury or experience.
