As a celebration for St David’s day while deployed overseas, a team of three people will accumatively run,row and cycle the vertical distance of Wales(209 miles).

This arduous task will be made even harder by the fact that we are currently at altitude of 1800m above sea in a heavily polluted area currently showing an AQI of toxic.

As this will be done in celebration of St David’s day, we ask to generously give to an amazing Welsh charity, Ty Hafan.
