Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In a few weeks I will be pushing my body to the limit by taking part in a Tough Mudder challenge.

It is not your average lame-ass mud run or spirit-crushing 'endurance' road race. It's Ironman meets Burning Man - their words not mine!!

My chosen charity is St Columba's Hospice. Its purpose is to improve the quality of life for people with progressive, far advanced disease and to provide support for their families.

You will never appreciate a place like this until you, or someone close to you, needs it!
