So thanks to Matthew Breckon’s badgering I’ve done something stupid and entered the Thames Marathon 2023, a 13km swim between Henley and Marlow. I figured while I was at it, I might as well do something useful and do it for charity.

As such I’ve chosen Thames Valley Animal Welfare (TVAW) who do an amazing job helping over 500 cats and kittens a year get the medical care they need and find the loving new homes they deserve. They also run a lost and found register, helping to reunite countless lost cats with their owners.
