Formula Student is a worldwide competition in which teams of University students design, manufacture and develop their own racing car. Our team, consisting of 30 members, is building an entirely electric car with the hope of racing at Silverstone against up to 120 competitors in the summer of 2016. 

The goal is to be the first UK team to race their own electric car. As you can imagine the process can be expensive and the team is looking for anyone interested in aiding us reaching our goal, donations of all sizes make the world of difference when working on a project such as this. 

My role is manager of Suspension and Brake Design.
I have to decide on all of the suspension points to ensure the best possible
handling – also ensuring the car meets the rules. I am looking forward to
seeing the finished product and testing the car. I joined the team because I love
motorsport, I have a passion for engineering and the technical side of
motorsport.
