Story

University of Leicester Racing is a non-profit team that relies entirely on benefactors and partners to finance our campaign. It is a team comprised of students from across the University of Leicester of varying backgrounds, ages, and disciplines, all with a common passion for motor racing and engineering.

We are now looking for additional funding to make sure we can compete at Silverstone 2016 and become the first UK team to ever race!

The Engineering Department has kindly agreed to match any donation that is made. So our £2500 will get doubled!

UoL Racing have accomplished a huge amount by competing at Silverstone in 2015. Starting with a conservative startup fund and minimal resources, to having made it to the scruitineering stage and being ranked has put us in a great position to aiming for the top.

We would like to thank our sponsors and everyone who has helped us make our dream a reality and we look forward to you all helping UoL Racing 2016 make it to Silverstone again in 2016!
