Along with my little dog Lils I am taking on the Summer Steps Challenge and walking one million steps to support families facing dementia.

Dementia UK is the specialist dementia nursing charity. Their nurses, called Admiral Nurses, provide life-changing support to families affected by all forms of dementia. Working on the free national Helpline, in clinics and in the community, they are a lifeline to families who are feeling exhausted, overwhelmed and alone, helping them through the fear and confusion of living with dementia.
