I'm taking part in the Edinburgh Marathon Festival for Prostate Cancer UK. Prostate cancer affects 1 in 8 men in the UK. That's one dad, partner, brother, or mate. I'm raising money to help fund lifesaving research and support for men and their families affected by prostate cancer.

Our Grandad was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer in

2024. He continued to live as he always did, still out dancing every week and making beautiful memories with his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren until just a few months ago.

Unfortunately, the cancer then spread to his bone and eventually his spine. When we signed up for this, we had full hope Grandad would be here with us to cheer us on. Sadly, on the 30th of November 2025 our amazing and loving Grandad passed away surrounded by those who meant the most to him. He knew we were running this for him and I hope he knows just how much he means to us and our family.
