Firstly, the Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity: A team who are very close to my heart, and who bring emotional and practical support to families who have a child with a life-threatening or terminal illness.

Secondly, Cancer Research UK, a remarkable powerhouse of compassion and research in equal measure, who bring hope for so many.
