The other teams are:- Rutland Cycling, Mind BLMK, CPSL Mind and Northamptonshire Mind Exercise on your own, but not alone. Use this challenge to take time to enjoy a bit of community/team spirit, to invest in your physical and mental wellbeing and to move with purpose and raise money/awareness. GoJoe is about km-based activities, not steps. This is to encourage movement in the form of purposeful movement, rather than tracking steps from the sofa to the fridge. Every mile counts.
