About us

In August 2009, Elena Ioannides introduced an idea, a dream, to fellow fan Sherry Davis when they met via their participation in The Official Michael Jackson Tribute Portrait and their collaboration evolved into what is now Keeping the Dream Alive. With vehement dedication accompanied by loving support from friends, family and other fans, the journey continues...

Our dream was born out of the determination to encourage others to act on the message that Michael conveyed to us many years ago through his artistic and humanitarian decisions.  

On June 25, 2010, the first anniversary of Michael's death, it is our wish to recognize and celebrate his humanitarian legacy in the form of an event, a fan's tribute, in London, in aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children and other causes close to Michael's heart. Fans form the very foundation of this event, from the creators themselves to the performers and supporting partner organizations.  

Although we would love to see you in London, we appreciate not everyone will be able to join us, so this page allows you still be play an active part in keeping Michael's dream alive- please give generously!
