Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This September I am going to run the Nottingham half marathon in aid of the Nottingham Children’s Hospital’s big appeal. The appeal is aiming to raise money for a new state of the art intra operative MRI machine. ( eg allowing images throughout surgery to give the best possible outcomes for children requiring surgery for brain tumours)

I hate running and feel much more at home in the gym and doing classes. The heat is unbearable and this is way out of my comfort zone! Training is tough and I can always think of 1000 reasons not to go out and run! However, I am doing this because I hate cancer. No matter how hard training is it’s nothing compared to being on the cancer rollercoaster. Please help me to raise as much money as possible so that we can do our bit to ensure these amazing children Get the best possible outcomes xx

Thank you xxx
