Imagine living with a lifelong condition that many people have never heard of. That’s the reality for over 500,000 people in the UK living with Crohn’s and Colitis. These conditions are debilitating and can have a profound impact on a person’s life.
A gorgeous, clever and popular young man was lost far too young. He loss left a massive hole in his family and friends' hearts. Preventing this happening to others is why I’m taking part in the My WALK IT challenge this June to support Crohn’s & Colitis UK. I walk in Cameron's honour.
