We believe young people should be listened to without judgement. Centre 33 have been offering free and confidential information and support to young people for over 40 years. We support any young person up to the age of 25 with their mental health, caring responsibilities, housing and more.

Story

In my youth I benefitted greatly from my local Young Carers Project, and now work for Centre 33 in a part-time role coordinating a group in Milton for young carers aged 8-12. These children can be dealing with all sorts of difficult family circumstances ranging from illness to addiction to disability.

Being able to provide a fun and relaxing respite for young carers is key to improving their mental wellbeing and allowing them to explore their individuality without the burdens of their caring responsibilities at home. I've seen first-hand how Centre 33's services can have instant and lasting impacts on young people, therefore it is only right that I dedicate this run to those individuals.

In addition, Centre 33 provides other lifesaving services to young people up to the age of 25. They are experts in housing and homelessness, sexual health, employment support and more. Read all about it here:
