So, here I am once again, doing something either very brave, or utterly mad...

Last year, I took on my third Swimathon for Cancer Research UK and Marie Curie. It was a huge success; I managed to beat my personal best time and raise hundreds of pounds for such great causes. But now, the time has come to push myself even harder. This April, I will attempt my first ever TRIPLE 5km - three Swimathons, three different pools, three straight days. The next four months are going to be very intense as I will need to train more than ever before, it will be one of the biggest physical challenges I've attempted. But as I say goodbye to my 20s, I feel the time is right to have a crack at it and get myself into good shape.

It would mean the world to me if you could help me reach £500 for the charities Cancer Research UK and Marie Curie, both of which do wonderful work for those with cancer, and make my physical pain from now to the end of April all worthwhile.
