Following my mums stroke last year and seeing the effect a stroke can have on an individual as well as family, I want to support CHSS to ensure that everyone affected by strokes or heart conditions can have support.  

I will run the 450km route in Sweden over the course of 9 days, staying in huts along the way. As well as mountains I have a few lake crossings to contend with!
