We all work together at the head office in Manchester for EM Highway Services and wanted to get fit ready for summer as well as promote EM's culture and give something back. Some bright spark (Andrea Thomas) had seen the Pretty Muddy event and sold it to us all by convincing us it was just jumping over a few little bales of hay......how gullible we were!!!

After checking out pictures from previous events we have now accepted the fact that we are going to be caked in mud whilst running/crawling around an assault course.....so please PLEASE dig deep folks and make this mud bath all the more bearable by helping us to raise as much as possible for a cause that has touched every single one of us, whether it be a family member or friend.

A few of us have started our preparations already by hitting the gym, doing the 6 week race for life plan and aqua aerobics.....others well it's more about mentally preparing ourselves and praying! Spur us on by helping us to hit and exceed the target we've set!
