WorldShare supporters, staff and trustees are taking on this challenge which will cover 25 miles in under 12 hours, summiting Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough. It is being run by John Bunce of 'Up Mountains' who is also a WorldShare trustee.

Story

We're spending our first weekend away from Simeon taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge! That's 25 miles in under 12 hours, summiting Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough. Scary!!

We would love to raise funds to support Ukrainian refugees who have left everything behind to reach safety. Since the start of the military conflict, over five million people have fled across the border into neighbouring countries, including Moldova, the poorest country in Europe.

WorldShare partners with a local organisation in Moldova called Beginning of Life. Assisted by churches in the south of the country, it is addressing this crisis in a holistic way. It's work includes a 24/7 helpline, transportation, hosting/accommodation, food & water, medical services, therapy and counselling, and spiritual care. But they need support to be able to continue this amazing ministry for the next two years.

All the funds raised through our challenge will go towards this worthy cause. Thanks in advance for your generosity!
