As you may know, my beautiful mum was looked after at Rowcroft in her final days and the staff there were absolutely amazing! I will always remember the angels that I met during this time and the beautiful way they cared for my mum. I will be taking part in the Sleep Walk for Rowcroft Hospice on Saturday 2nd July to raise much-needed funds for end-of-life care.  Just a small donation of whatever you can will help make sure that Rowcroft will continue to be there for us and our families in the future.  Many thanks!
