As you may know, I will be taking part in an exciting sponsored walk known as the - Sleep Walk - for Rowcroft Hospice on Saturday 2nd July to raise much-needed funds for end-of-life care. This year the theme is 'Saturday Night at The Movies' so why not come and cheer me along on the night to see me get those steps in for such a worthy charity.

Rest assured you are not paying for me to go off and have an evening out with my friends! The costs of running the event have been covered by myself and other participants. None of us know if we will ever need Rowcroft's services; just a small donation will help make sure that Rowcroft will continue to be there for us and our families in the future.
