Event: The Osborne Run 2017, on 17 June 2017
In memory of Wally Edwards
A fun run through the grounds of Osborne House, Queen Victoria's beloved home by the sea.

Story

Sadly all too many of us know someone who has had a terminal illness. However those on the Isle of Wight will be fortunate enough to have therefore witnessed the incredible care and support the Earl Mountbatten Hospice provides for patients and their families.

My Grandfather experienced a whole range of care including physiotherapy, support to remain in his own home and dignified end of life care, whilst ensuring his family and friends were supported throughout such a difficult time.

So, my mum and I are taking part in the EMH Osborne Run in memory of my Grandad, and aim to raise some money along the way to assist with the incredible work the hospice does to ensure other families feel as privileged as we have, to receive such wonderful care.

All donations gratefully received.

Thank you, Emma x
