Along with my best friend of 30years and her work colleagues I will be taking part in the 3 Peaks Challenge to raise money for Myton Hospices, the amazing place where my dad was looked after 16 years ago for his final few days.

We will be covering 3 peaks in 24 hours including travel between locations in that time, starting Saturday 30th September; the peaks being Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon.  #mustbemad
