Story
My name is Josh I’m 11 years old. When I was three I was diagonised with a very rare neurological disease called ADEM. This disease effected everything from my mobility, my vision and my learning abilities. It has been very hard for me and I have over come many challenges in my life.
I am severely sight impaired, I have a pace maker fitted in my heart to control my heart block. More Recently I had neurosurgery to remove a growth in my brain. This all sounds very scary but I try not to let it get me down.
The guide dogs provided me with my buddy dog Sam, he is my best friend, without him I wouldn’t be able to cope with all the problems ADEM has left me with.
I am raising money so others can have a guide dog. They to can then have a best friend.
I will be walking up rivington Pike with my family and my best friend Sam. Yes even my Dad!!!! That has got to be worth £5 to see my Dad walk up the Pike.
Please support us.
Many thanks Sam and Joshua
