As a sufferer with mental illness I know how important getting help and receiving support is. It is horrible and steals your life but young minds help you to get your life back.  Young minds helps young people through the worst of times and helps them find ways of coping. They improve the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people.
Mental illness brings struggles in everyday life and brings many challenges, it is vital charities like young minds can continue to carry out their work supporting young people. With all of the pressure on young people today so many teenagers struggle with mental illness meaning there is high demand for support yet there is not enough funding to reach out and help young people.

This year we will be raising as much money as possible through organising events and getting sponsored. From runs to bake sales we will do all we can to raise money for young minds.


Please donate as much as you can for such a worthwhile cause to help young people and battle mental illness. Nobody should face mental illness alone.
