I used to work along with 'Heart n Soul' for a few years. I enjoyed their stigma free approach to learning disabilities when service users facilitated the workshops together with professional and well-known artists.

'Heart n Soul' means being less isolated, getting stimulated and motivated, and getting skills, being together and happy. Their workshops leads people with learning disabilities to have more confidence, socially and artistically, and living more independent lives. 

They create inclusive and family-like atmosphere for both service users and families, and support workers. 'Heart n Soul' run regular free and affordable high quality creative sessions where the participants explore their creativity through music making, visual art, writing, dance, film, fashion, DJing and digital arts.
