As you are aware the funds raised by the Fairlawn PTA are critical to the continued success of the school, and even more so this year with the extra costs to the school because of COVID-19.

The Autumn term is traditionally when several of the highest earning fundraising events take place. This year they will not be happening.

Year 3 classes have specifically asked the PTA for funds for books and magazine subscriptions.

If you are in a position to make a donation to the PTA Fundraiser it would be very gratefully received. Some ideas:

• if you are working from home, please consider donating some of the cost of your commute to work
  
• if you are saving money by not having your favourite coffee shop coffee each morning please consider donating your saving
  

The donations are being collected separately by each class and will help benefit children in that class. Amounts raised may also be shared across other parts of the school as required.
