Unfortunately on Sunday 29th May we lost an incredible work colleague who was a inspirational GP to cancer, Her life was cut very short leaving behind 3 beautiful children and a wonderful husband. Rowcroft was absolutely incredible providing care in Caroline's last days at home. Some of our staff will be taking part in an exciting sponsored walk known as the - Sleep Walk - for Rowcroft Hospice on Saturday 2nd July to raise much needed funds for end-of-life care. We, as Southover Medical Practice would love to give back to Rowcroft for everything they have done and making sure Caroline was comfortable in her final days The costs of running the event have been covered by myself and other participants. None of us know if we will ever need Rowcroft's services; just a small donation will help make sure that Rowcroft will continue to be there for us and our families in the future.
