Hi everyone,

On 30th September, myself and 100 M&S Colleagues are taking part in a 5 mile mud run to raise money for The Royal British Legion. Those that know me will appreciate that getting muddy on an obstacle course is not quite my cup of tea, I'm more of the enthusiastic side line supporter than the keen running type! But I am kitting up and prepping myself to get seriously muddy for a great cause!

The RBL is a fantastic charity, making a huge difference to our ex-service men, women and their families.
