Fundraising for Hope House & Ty Gobaith
Story
The FBC Manby Bowdler Team is passionate about giving something back to the communities in which it operates and every 2 years our employees select 2 new corporate charities.
From April 2017-March 2019 we will be supporting the Alzheimer’s Society and Hope House Children’s Hospice and during this period we will be undertaking various challenges and organising lots of activities to fundraise for these brilliant causes.
Our biggest challenge this year is the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge when a team of us will be completing a 24 mile walk across 3 peaks as tall at 736m over a 12 hour period. 18 of us are taking on the challenge on 16th September 2017.
With your help and support, you can help us raise money for Hope House, to provide care and support to life-limited children, young people and their families from Shropshire, Cheshire, North and Mid Wales.
The services they offer include: respite and end-of-life care at the hospices and/or within the family home, and support such as counselling, advocacy and the promotion of children, young people's and carers' rights.
